FIJI Water
M. Young Communications served as a culinary public relations consultant to FIJI Water, working with the brand to develop media stories about FIJI as a "healthy living water" and about the importance of hydration. Activities included:
* Organizing a "restorative retreat in the desert" press trip to Sanctuary on Camelback, Scottsdale, AZ, featuring nutrition and hydration seminars, comparative water tastings and a cooking class focusing on raw foods.
* Commissioning a The "Healthy Dining in America" survey of 30 top restaurant chefs, asking them how they were adapting their menus to offer healthier dining alternatives in an effort to fight obesity. Results were tabulated and printed as a report to send to food, restaurant industry and nutrition writers.
